Originally constructed in 1972, this 40-unit senior preferred housing community in Lodi provides affordable homes supported through a HUD Section 8 Multi-Family HAP contract. Renovations are now underway to modernize the property, enhance safety, and improve energy efficiency, ensuring that senior residents can continue to live comfortably.
Funding
The renovation of Creekside South Apartments is being supported through funding from the City of Lodi, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) resources and San Joaquin County. The renovations will be completed in 2026.
