HACSJ Plans Complete Renovation on 40-Unit Complex

Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) has recently acquired Creekside South Apartments, located in Lodi.  Originally built in 1972, this 40-unit complex serves as affordable housing for seniors. These one and two-bedroom homes will receive a necessary renovation and modernization in 2023.

DCDC is currently searching for funding sources to layer with an annual Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract that provide tenant-based assistance under HUD’s Multifamily Section 8 Program. With this rehabilitation of Creekside South Apartments, the Housing Authority can effectively support senior residents by providing safer, modern, and rent-subsidized units.

Build / Funding

The funding for this rehabilitation will consist of Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and Permanent Financing.
