Summary

HACSJ Plans Complete Renovation on 40-Unit Complex

Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) has recently acquired Creekside South Apartments, located in Lodi.  Originally built in 1972, this 40-unit complex serves as affordable housing for seniors. These one and two-bedroom homes will receive a necessary renovation and modernization in 2023.

DCDC is currently searching for funding sources to layer with an annual Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract that provide tenant-based assistance under HUD’s Multifamily Section 8 Program. With this rehabilitation of Creekside South Apartments, the Housing Authority can effectively support senior residents by providing safer, modern, and rent-subsidized units.

Build / Funding

The funding for this rehabilitation will consist of HOME funds, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and Permanent Financing.

Recent Updates

This project will be renovated and modernized in 2021.
