Lodi Commons

Lodi Commons is a planned two-phase development that will deliver a total of 110 units of multifamily affordable housing. The project will feature an elevator for full accessibility, and each unit will include connections for cable, phone, and internet. A resident community building will offer a fully furnished multipurpose room with television and video capabilities, a kitchen, restrooms, a laundry room, offices for management and social services, an activity area, and a maintenance shop. Solar energy systems will be incorporated to offset 100% of electricity use in the community spaces and approximately 40% of electricity consumption in resident units, reducing overall utility costs.

All units will incorporate universal design features. Standard amenities will include Energy Star® refrigerators and dishwashers, low-flow toilets, sink disposals, ranges with ovens, and ample counter, cabinet, and storage space. Exterior finishes will use durable, environmentally friendly materials in a variety of colors. Construction will follow high-quality standards to ensure safety, longevity, and long-term value.
