HACSJ Partners with DFA Development for Senior Housing
In partnership with DFA Development, the Housing Authority County of San Joaquin (HACSJ) is thrilled to announce Cottage Village Apartments, a facility of affordable housing for income-eligible seniors in Manteca. The complex consists of 40 one-bedroom units and 8 two-bedroom units.
Our project sponsors and partners, DFA Cottage Village Associates LP, believe that the project enables a significant group of local seniors to continue residing in Manteca and that the plan creates a welcoming and comfortable community. The site has been built with its senior and disabled residents in mind, creating ground-level units to allow for full accessibility.
Funding
This project was made possible by funding from the City of Manteca, San Joaquin County, Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and permanent financing. These units are receiving Housing Choice Project-Based Vouchers rental subsidies.
