The Development Project Manager is an essential member of the Development Team. This position is responsible for the overall administration and management of individual development and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, government regulations, and organizational goals to deliver new and rehabilitated housing units.

the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) and Public Housing residents.

The Construction Project Manager will work on projects to support the development of affordable housing communities and perform a variety of complex tasks involving administrative, analytical, and project management functions in a dynamic professional environment.

The Program Assistant performs general clerical and administrative work. Work may include data entry, receiving and distributing materials, answering telephones, processing work orders, maintaining files and records, mailing verifications, customer follow-up, answering questions, and generating correspondence.

The Maintenance Worker performs general manual and limited semi-skilled and/or unskilled work in the maintenance and upkeep of the Authority’s buildings and/or grounds. The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of custodial, maintenance, and grounds keeping tasks.

the Maintenance Technician performs skilled maintenance and repair tasks and installations of Authority buildings, grounds, apartments, and equipment. Individual must demonstrate knowledge of heating, carpentry, painting, electrical and grounds maintenance skills.

The Center Clerk performs skilled general office duties at the migrant center. Individual must demonstrate knowledge of typing, filing, phone etiquette and other general office abilities.

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for the coordination and implementation of administrative duties related to HACSJ’s Assisted Housing Programs. Incumbent is responsible for conducting annual, special, and interim re-examination for an assigned caseload, and any other service-related activities for program participants. Performs clerical work which includes data entry, maintaining files and records, mailing verifications, customer follow-up, answering questions and generating correspondence.
